A recent testimonial from our July 2019 Bar Exam Cram Session:

Lisa - I PASSED!!!

I registered for your Bar Exam Cram Session and Predictions prior to the July 2019 bar exam, and I wanted to let you know how helpful I found the selection of essays you sent the week prior to the exam. I particularly wanted to commend you for going the extra mile and providing us a few additional exam essays after the bar examiners released the topic list the weekend before the exam.
Your checklist on Free Exercise / Establishment Clause / Equal Protection and TROs was crucial to me sailing through the Con Law / Remedies question. If I recall correctly, the call of the question was to explain the likelihood of a church obtaining a preliminary injunction / temporary restraining order / declaratory relief and then walk through the Free Exercise / Establishment Clause issues. Because I memorized your checklist, I started every answer with the elements of the remedy. I analyzed the remedy first, and then discussed the constitutional analysis in the context of the remedy (for instance, providing the Free Exercise Clause / Free Exercise / Equal Protection levels of scrutiny within the "likelihood of success on the merits” saved time and showed the examiners that I understood that each question was asking for a remedy, not a con law treatise). I followed your approaches for the other essays.

I felt so confident that I had thoroughly analyzed the con law question that the confidence carried me through the rest of the exam.

Thank you for sticking with us through the entire exam.
I passed!

Thanks again.

John

Class Format: The class is held on Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.  The class is very structured and dynamic, breaks are taken every 45 to 55 minutes, with a one hour lunch break. Coffee is provided. It is a very successful and positive learning environment. Questions are held to the breaks or after class or via follow up email in order to maintain proper coverage (in other words, you are not stuck listening to questions you do not want to hear - but, if you do have a question, you can ask either on a break or via email).

Ten Day Study Plan: Students receive a ten day study plan to utilize during the final (and most critical) ten days leading up to the bar exam. We also provide a separate study plan for attorney takers who are not taking the MBEs. The Ten Day Study Plan tells you what to do every day, by the hour, leading up to the bar exam. The advantage to having this study plan early is that you can start preparing early for what is expected. You will know your goal and where you need to be with all sections of the bar exam.

Class hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What is the email support like? Students receive our Digging Deeper into the Bar Exam Series. This series is authored by the Bar Exam Guru and provides not only her insights into the bar exam, but also performance test tips and MBE tips and selected essays and answers for your review. Each bar round these emails are tailored to what was most recently tested and what has not been tested recently on the exam. Emails contain selected essays that the Bar Exam Guru recommends students read and study before the bar exam. The odds are likely that you will see an essa, or essays, on the Februrary bar exam that are similar to what you received from the Guru. Point in case, of the many similar essays that came from the predictions, the Bar Exam Guru selected a Constitutional Law/Remedies essay that was nearly identical to the Constituional Law/Remedies essay on the most recent, July 2019 bar exam.
