NCWWI, the Child Welfare League of America, and CWLA's Emerging Leaders Committee are partnering to provide this webinar focused on wellness for emerging leaders in public and not-for-profit organizations.

To attract and retain a qualified, diverse, and passionate workforce, employers must consider their staff's overall wellness. In an increasingly competitive job market, higher value is placed on a workforce culture that promotes a positive, supportive, and flexible work environment. This includes addressing psychological and physical safety, work-life balance, emotional well-being, and opportunities for professional growth. These factors are critical for the work of child welfare professionals.

Recognizing that leadership happens at all levels, this webinar will feature a panel of public and private agencies implementing multifaceted strategies that support employee wellness and professional development to promote overall well-being of the child welfare workforce, emphasizing emerging leaders. The panel representatives are part of CWLA’s Emerging Leaders Committee and bring a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and passion to their work on behalf of other emerging leaders.
