Sweet Release at Bohemian Studios (Phinney Ridge)

Get ready for some serious release, yogis! This class is like medicine for your muscles. Utilizing tune-up balls, thai massage techniques or yin yoga, this class works deeply into fascia, connective tissue and areas of excessive muscular holding. Come ready to slow down, listen to the language of your body and discover what you need to release.

All Levels Welcome; Beginner Friendly. Please note that doors will lock promptly at 7:00pm, no exceptions.
