Are you interested in learning new tools and resources for supporting sexual trauma survivors, whether through your professional practice or in your personal life? Are you curious to discover new ways of relating to your own journey of survival?

This April, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we will explore the physiological impacts of sexual assault and how viewing survivors with a trauma-informed lens brings about greater safety and empowerment.

Through a combination of lecture, group discussion and a trauma-informed yoga practice, this experiential half-day workshop will illuminate the spectrum of sexual trauma, explore theoretical perspectives on trauma resilience, and cover key methods to promote healing in a variety of settings. Our facilitator, Molly Boeder Harris, draws from a combination of direct experience, professional work, and academic research, enabling her to attest to both the potential vulnerabilities and the inherent resilience of sexual assault survivors.

100% of funds raised will be donated to a fellow nonprofit doing similar work with youth in the yoga/trauma space. More details to come!
