Salsa Workshop: Food Preservation Basics for Water Bath Canning 


Join us for this workshop on Water Bath Canning and learn how to make and preserve homemade salsa.  You do the work yourself and sample your finished product!  This workshop covers firm guidelines to follow for home preparation and food safety.  The registration fee includes ingredients and supplies for the salsa, and each registrant will receive one jar of salsa to take home.  Enrollment is limited to 12 people.

 When: Saturday, April 13
