The Lorain Growth Corporation is the event beneficiary/producer of Brewfest Waterfront District which will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The location is Black River Landing, downtown Lorain.

Expected ticket sales will be 2,500 to 3,500 on a first come first served basis and with more than 50 breweries and vendors.

Lorain Growth Corporation, will supply the following to each participating vendor:

1) A space to accomodate the vendor, 11’ x 7’ under a permanent pavilion structure (space is limited).

2) Full color 11'x2' vinyl banner, vendor to provide print-ready artwork set to 11‘x2’, or a quote for graphic design service is available (you may keep the banner at the events conclusion)

3) Electric service where available, no generators (unless they’re extremely quiet)

4) Table(s) for serving/merchandising Each participating vendor will supply their choice of food(permites maybe necessary), merch etc.

Each participating vendor is encouraged to offer, for sale to the attendees, any promotional merchandise for their brands. Sale of merchandise and collection of money for such merchandise will be the responsibility of the individual vendor.

All vendors are to report the festival site at 9:30am for set up and must vacate the festival site by 6:30pm. Any vendor arriving after the BrewFest begins will be denied access and forfeiture of their participation fee. Lorain Growth Corporation, will charge $125.00 for each vendor, except for vendors who have purchased a Sponsorship.

LGC will not be responsible for the collection of customer payments for food or merchandise, nor will the committee be able to make change for any vendor. All vendors will hold harmless Lorain Growth Corporation, from any dispute and collection of any money for merchandising materials sold by the vendor.

Any food vendor that is not an active food truck may be required to furnish additional documents.Limited to 5 food trucks, please check before registering your food truck.

Setup for the event will begin no later than 9:30:00 AM, Saturday, August 11, 2018.

Reservations for BrewFest due by Friday, June 15th.
