The basics of balance, coordination, cooperation, kicking, punching and blocking will covered in this class. as well as some basic life skills & Self-defense concepts. This program is funded by the Dept of Developmental Services. Participants must be Dept of Developmental Services Eligible to participate. Registration is required. Space is Limited!
