IEP: The Next Chapter 

Please join Brian Smith and Michelle Christian of Stark & Stark as they address how to work with their team if an IEP meeting does not go as you’d hoped it would (including resolution sessions and due process proceedings).

Topics to be discussed include:

• Areas of "contention" once an IEP is in place
• The interplay of IEP team members in implementing terms
• Rights of students and parents under federal and PA statute when IEP terms are not followed
