Paul Marcone:
History, not Just for History Buffs!

For the past 31 years, Paul Marcone has pursued his passion for the American Civil War by conducting in-depth research and visiting battlefields such as Gettysburg, Antietam and Manassas on hundreds of occasions -- conducting informal tours for friends and family, and formal seminars for employees, colleagues and clients.  in 2016, Paul facilitated our successful Speaker Series event.

Molly Grove, an LPW Alum from 2008, raves about Paul's presentation style and content: "I have never been much of a history buff. but in 2015 I had the opportunity to hear Paul Marcone speak about leadership during the Civil War and compared it to today's business climate. I was so fascinated by his knowledge of General Sickles that I ran out and bought the book "American Scoundrel" to learn more about this entertaining General.
You will leave this retreat
energized and enlightened."

Paul combines his executive experience and passion for Civil War history to conduct leadership training seminars for government, non-profit and private sector managers and supervisors through Ox Hill Leadership Tours.

An engaging presenter, Paul gets rave reviews from historians and those of us who might not be history buffs but want to learn more about leadership. As one of Paul's clients said after a seminar, "A refreshing approach to a subject, leadership, that appeals to all of us."
