Please park in the Commuter Lot right next to the ARC. Carpooling suggested.
Registration & Kickoff Rally will be held at 8:45 a.m. at the ARC of Greater PW. Donuts and coffee will be available. Lunch will also be served. Plan on bringing a bottle of water for while you work.
Comcast, in partnership with Leadership Prince William will provide volunteers in support of Comcast Cares Day 2019, the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteerism effort.

Join Comcast, Leadership Prince William, and the ARC of Greater Prince William, for one of the largest days of volunteerism in Northern Virginia on Saturday, May 4!
Join 250+ volunteers for an action-packed day of service projects that reinvest in our community. Help us complete several large projects that will benefit the special needs children, adults and families they serve! We will also be working on improvements to the adjacent John D. Jenkins Park. We have projects for volunteers ages 10 and above so bring a team of volunteers from your family, your company, church or scouting group.
Please bring work/gardening gloves, and any small yard tools you may have (spade, rake, etc.) We also have a need for painting supplies and many other specialty items for the project so please contact Andrea Money or Sarah Poole at 571-765-7568 or andrea@LeadershipPrinceWilliam.org if you might be able to assist.

Day's Agenda:
ALL event volunteers must check in at the registration/check-in area at the ARC of Greater Prince William (13505 Hillendale Dr., Woodbridge, VA 22193).
8 am - 8:30 am: Registration/Check In (last-minute volunteers are welcome). Pick up your event shirts and lunch tickets.
8:45 am: Kick-Off Rally
9 am - 1 pm: Volunteer Projects
1 - 1:30pm: Lunch/Closing Celebration including raffle prizes
