Professional Development Day: C3NS - Reading Apprenticeship

Hundreds of California community college faculty from across disciplines and course levels have explored Reading Apprenticeship (RA) and become enthusiastic proponents of using the RA framework to help students not only read for comprehension, but to develop as disciplinary thinkers and problem-solvers. RA is a framework for inquiry designed to help students learn the discipline-specific habits of mind that are crucial to learning.
