CPRS-MCM Luncheon Lecture: Fundamentals of Google Analytics

Join us on Wednesday, February 21 for a CPRS/MCM Luncheon Lecture with Mo Dezyanian, President of Empathy Inc.

In today’s connected digital world, informed, data-driven decisions are at the cornerstone of all communications efforts. Undoubtedly, the most popular tool to record and measure digital behaviour is Google Analytics. It is estimated that Google Analytics is used in over 50% of all websites; that is an 83% hold on the analytics tools market share. As a communications professional it is paramount to be able to navigate, use, and understand this powerful web platform.

Through a practical guide to Google Analytics, this workshop will go through the fundamental concepts of digital traffic measurement and how it can be used to enable informed decisions.
Beyond the basic concepts, we will explore how we can leverage digital data to communicate to C-suite executives in any organization.

Early bird registration is available until February 10

A buffet lunch is included in registration.

Parking is available at McMaster University for $6/hr up to $20 maximum for a day. For more information on parking, please click here.
