Hoboken Secret Gardens Tour

Join Us for the 20th Annual Secret Gardens Tour!

This year, the Annual Hoboken Secret Gardens Tour, on Sunday, June 4, will feature up to 9 private gardens graciously opened to visitors by Museum supporters to help raise funds for our programs. Every year, the tour modern style garden with water featureoffers a fresh selection of traditional and contemporary gardens created by professional landscape designers and dedicated gardening enthusiasts.

The guided walking tour takes 2 to 2.5 hours, and groups leave every half hour from the Museum between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tour groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so it pays to arrive early. A map and detailed description of each  garden will be included in the full-color tour book, available on the day of the tour.  Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 on the day of the tour. (Museum members pay $30 on the day of the tour, and children under 13 may accompany parents or guardians for free.) Rain date is June 11.

Tour goers can save time and money by buying a ticket in advance, by clicking the "Buy Your Ticket Now" button below, or stopping by the Museum, 1301 Hudson St., Tuesday - Thursday from 2 - 7 p.m., or Friday 1-5 pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12 - 5 p.m. Or call 201-656-2240 to reserve tickets by credit card. Your name will be added to the will-call list at the Museum.

The Museum thanks Hufnagel Landscape Design & Construction Group for their continued generous support.

Limited Edition Garden Tour Tote Bag

In honor of the 20th Anniversary of the Secret Gardens Tour, the Museum is offering a limited-edition cotton canvas totebag embroidered with this year's theme flower, a purple clematis. The words "Secret Gardens, Hoboken Museum" are embroidered in green above and below the flower, echoing the bag's green handles and bottom panel. Reserve yours for $20, plus tax, when you buy your ticket on the next page. Pick it up Sunday, June 4!
