Create a Deeper Understanding of PTPs

Jennifer Hilgendorf, Transition Improvement Grant  (TIG) Eastern Regional Coordinator

This session will provide training on use of effective practices to create a Postsecondary Transition Plan (PTP) that exceeds minimal compliance and drives attainment of postsecondary goals.  Resources such as Self Directed Tools, Opening Doors series, Transition Assessments, and various transition websites and an overview of the Transition Improvement Grant website will be provided.  

Cost: $70/person
