VMRC Second COVID-19 Testing Event
Valley Mountain Regional Center will be working with Biocept to host our second COVID-19 Testing Event. The event will be in the parking lot of our Modesto office (1820 Blue Gum Avenue, Modesto, CA 95358) and it will be a drive through reservation only free event. Register for your appointment to drive through and get tested. Also please print, complete, and sign this Testing Consent Form and bring it to the event.
