Spring Dinner with Guest Chef Sandro Gamba

Ladyface welcomes French Chef Sandro Gamba, who will be preparing a special ticketed dinner for Ladyface guests this Friday, March 9th at 6PM. Each course will be paired with a Ladyface ale, including a preview of the release of Trébuchet Golden Farmhouse ale.

Chef Gamba began his career in France as a chef with Three-Michelin Star chefs Robuchon, Ducasse and Vergé. We met Sandro and his family when he was engaged as the opening Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel-Westlake a few years ago. We kept in touch as he traveled the world, opening restaurants from Beijing to Dubai. Chef Gamba has claimed distinguished Best Chef awards from the James Beard Foundation, Food and Wine Magazine, and the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. His restaurants have been honored by Zagat and Esquire magazines. While he is back in the United States visiting, Chef Gamba is excited to be designing a special menu and we are thrilled to have him in the Ladyface kitchen!

Vanilla panna cotta with blood oranges, citrus reduction & granita
