This session will offer critical information on the benefits of becoming and hiring a CAPP. Requirements as well as the process to becoming a CAPP is reviewed. You will walk through a case study of one person’s path to certification. The testing and recertification process is explained as well as the return on investment when hiring a CAPP.

 This IPI Technology Committee presentation walks the audience through several scenarios in the parking guidance space and will help the audience understand this technology and its uses.
