BOOTH REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

No booths will be held without registration or deposit(s).

Your booth location in previous years does not automatically guarantee the same location at the 2021 show. Priority is determined by HBA membership status, receipt of registration, signed contract and deposit(s).

PAYMENT Options:

• Pay in full online with credit card 
• Pay in full by mailing check to HBA office (or phone in your credit card information)
• Pay Deposit(s) only - mail a check to the HBA office or phone us with your credit card information

You will be invoiced for any remaining balance due after making a deposit. Additional information will be provided after registration by email.

Final Payment due by March 1, 2021.

BOOTH LOCATION:  Priority is determined by date of HBA receipt of registration, signed contract and booth deposit(s)f. The order of booth assignments are as follows:

• 1st  -   HBA of NWI members who were registered for 2020 Expo.
• 2nd  -  Members not registered for 2020 Expo.
• 3rd  -   Non-Members.
  

We do our best to keep like businesses separated. Also, HBA reserves the right to relocate exhibitors as necessary.
