2020 HBA of Berks County Original Home & Garden Show
I, (we), hereby contract as an exhibitor and agree to purchase booth, display space(s) as indicated in this email in the 2020 Berks County Home & Garden Show.
Booth space will be designated on a first come first serve basis. No space will be reserved until contract; proof of insurance and deposit is received. The Exhibit agreement must be filled out and signed.
***It is mandatory all exhibitors vacate the building of ALL product by
10pm Sunday, March 1, 2020***
Prior to the show, you will receive notification with your Booth location and other relative information regarding the show.
PLEASE SEND or EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT “CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE”.
