Now it’s time to move to the next step and make your business even more successful. In this workshop, you will learn how to assess your current business, develop a plan for growth, and then execute that plan. The five key areas we will focus on are human resources, marketing, sales, finance, and operations. We will talk about industry life cycles and you will prepare your individual business needs assessment.
