Opening Doors to Federal Government Contracting 

SBA will be presenting info on federal contracting. Learn basic requirements and what you will need to get started. Get proper registrations and ID numbers and view the NAICS code list for size standards. Get prepared to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) to certify that your small business is eligible.

If you are thinking about starting a business or have a small business that can benefit by contracting with the federal government, this workshop is for you.

Presented by:  Nadine Boone has been with the U.S. Small Business Administration for 18 years. She is currently Lead Business Opportunity Specialist and Lead Economic Development Specialist at SBA-Massachusetts District Office, working with Government Contracting Division and Marketing and Outreach across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Formerly Lead Lender Relations Specialist, she partnered with lending institutions that provide access to capital to small businesses, helping to make the Massachusetts office the #2 lending office in the country. Nadine earned a certificate of completion from Omega Performance in Commercial Loans for Small Business and gradiated from Christopher Newport University with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.
