Stressed? Taking a Journey Through Mindfulness

Are current events stressing you out? Are you looking for a new vehicle(s) to fuel your physical and mental health? If you are curious about mindfulness or want to take your current practice to the next level, come take our journey into mindfulness!

This webinar will help to dispel any preconceived notions on various mindfulness practices and will give you the opportunity to explore moving meditations in a safe and accessible environment. All ages are welcome!

During this webinar, we will accomplish the following objectives:

  • Provide tips to support both your physical and mental health now and for the future
  • Gain knowledge of various mindfulness practices to curate your own wellness toolkit
  • Learn how to use breath to promote inner peace
  • Try out various seated and standing moving meditations
  • Answer your burning questions on these mindfulness practices!
