Black-White Institutional Racism: Implications for Graduate Education and Mental Health Training
Award Luncheon
Please join us for a reading and discussion of Vincent Dyer’s paper entitled “Systemic Racism in Education”. Vincent is PCOP’s first award winner for an original essay that addressed an aspect of institutional racism. He is a PsyD student in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College.
An open discussion will follow the paper. It is our hope that we can focus on institutional racism, it's impact on education, and how this may be viewed through a Psychoanalytic lens.
Lunch will be served, courtesy of the Franks and their generous donation to PCOP. During the lunch, we will also be presenting Vincent with his award.
