YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO REGISTER!

All guests must sign and return the release waiver (sent to you after registration) required by the Ohio State Reformatory.  It must arrive to Cathi Weber by June 14 to be eligible to attend.

Your registration and payment must be made prior to June 10, 2010 deadline to be included on this special event.  Your signed relase form must be returned to: Willoughby Ghost Walk, 12 Public Square #108, Willoughby, Ohio  44094, no later than June 14, 2010

Plan to bring a flashlight as we will be in total darkness.  You should plan to arrive at the Reformatory no later than 7pm for registration check-in.  Wear comfortable shoes and clothing as it could be very warm in July. There will be restrooms but no air conditioning.  You may bring any ghost hunting equipment you may wish to use, but the ability to hook up entire DVR systems will be limited because of the lack of electrical outlets and the need for copious amounts of extension cords.

No drugs or alcohol permitted.
