2018 Annual Meeting
and Statewide Training 

Please join us for the 2018 Annual Meeting and Statewide Training which will be held from August 29-31 at TanTarA.  As usual, this conference will feature programs of interest to Missouri prosecutors and assistant prosecutors, including case law and legislative updates as well as ethics.  We will also feature a track dedicated to topics of interest to support staff.  

We will also be hosting the Sixth Annual Awards Banquet in conjunction with the group lunch on Thursday, August 30.  MAPA will present the Prosecutor of the Year award, among others, at the lunch.

Registration fee:  $250 per person

Please be advied that all registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to any future event.

Also, please be advised that you will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully completed the registration process.  If you did not receive this email, your registration(s) did not go through.  This email will serve as your invoice for the conference.  Please retain the email as no other invoice will be prepared or sent.

Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at TanTarA at a rate of $100.00 per night for a standard room, plus any applicable taxes.  Reservations can be made by calling 800-826-8272.  Ask for the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys block.  Reservations can also be made on-line at www.tan-tar-a.com using the group code PROS.  Reservations must be made by Tuesday, July 31, to guarantee our rate and availability.  Please be advised that this is a hard deadline.  If you do not call by the cut-off date, rooms may not be available.  MAPA does not keep rooms on reserve and will not be able to help you get a room past the cut off date.

To register, click below where it says "Register Now."

Please be advised that you can register up to 15 attendees at one time.  A separate email address will, however, be required for each attendee.  On the registration screen, input the first person's information where it asks for "Personal Information."  To add additional people, click the "Add" button where it says "Other Attendees" and enter the requested information.

Please note that the confirmation email will be sent ONLY to the email address of the first person registered.  This email will also be the primary contact for future communications regarding this conference including updated agendas and materials.  For this reason, please use an email address that is monitored by someone who can share this information with other attendees from your office.
