DWI/Traffic Safety and
DRE Recertification Conference

Please join us for the DWI/Traffic Safety and DRE Recertification Conference which will be held July 27-29, 2020, at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach.  This annual event is open to law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and other traffic safety professionals.

Topics to be covered this year may include Prosecuting the Marijuana DWI, Electronic Search Warrants, Social Media and Digital Evidence in Impaired Driving Investigations, and Drowsy Driving for Law Enforcement, among others.

Registration fee: There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $175.00 per person.  This payment can be made in advance by mailing a check payable to MOPS to:

If you will be sending one check to cover the fee for multiple attendees, please include a list of attendees covered by the check.

Please be advised that all registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable.  Once a payment is received and processed it is FINAL.  We will work with you to transfer the fee to another attendee at this conference.  We cannot, however, issue any refunds or apply the payment to any other conference--no exceptions.

Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved at Margaritaville at a rate of $130.81 per night, plus any applicable taxes.  To make reservations, please call 800-826-8272.  Be sure to mention that you are attending the MOPS DWI/Traffic Safety Conference when making your reservation.

Reservations must be made by June 28, 2020, to guarantee availability and our group rate.

Also, be advised that any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date to avoid any late cancellation or no show fees.

Meals: Breakfast will be provided for all attendees on Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29.  Lunch will also be provided on Tuesday.  Attendees are responsible for the cost of all other meals.
