Please complete the registration form for The Bluegrass Festival (outdoor event) at the OP Mall. Upon approval of your application, you are authorized to receive a 10ft.x10ft. space. It does not include canopy tents (weights are required for the canopy tents), tables, chairs, or tablecloths. SunshineOneConnection.com
