FY2015 STOP CHILD ABUSE
License Plate Funding Request 

TCCWB has created a new online form for local child welfare boards to request and receive their portion of funds generated by the "Stop Child Abuse" Specialty License Plates
sold within their county. 

Please complete and submit the following
funding request form prior to
Tuesday November 1st, 2016.

Failure to provide complete information may invalidate your submission.
Payment of local funds is conditioned upon a county minimum of 2 license plates sold or renewed in FY2015. 
All funds generated from license plates sold in counties where the local child welfare board has not submitted their request by November 1st, 2016 are subject to forfeiture to the TCCWB.
