Mid Coast Hospital and the Midcoast Public Health Council are hosting a forum for the Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment to present Sagadahoc County health data.

The purpose of the forum is to present the Data Health Profile for Sagadahoc County, and together, to identify what is important for the health of our community.

Light refreshments and decaffeinated beverages will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own caffeinated beverages with you.
