This session is designed to assist Head Start grant recipients assess risk as they adapt to normal funding levels. The presentation by Dr. Timothy Nolan will serve to help your agency anticipate unique challenges your organization could be facing in the days ahead, and help you proactively plan to overcome those challenges as soon as possible. The “Good News” is that there is still time to implement various solutions if potential RISK is treated with a sense of urgency. Participants will receive a copy of The Cliff Effect Risk Assessment™ for use at the local level.
