• Sample fresh artisanal menu of locally grown fare.

The Culinary Artists' Chef Chaz Smith  will be providing an array of samplings, perfectly paired with each brew.  Food samples will consist of seasonal and mouthwatering local Farm-to-Table dishes.  

Soup: White Cheddar and Smoked Gouda with Granny Smith Apples and Sour Dough Croutons
+ Barrel-Aged Staghorn Sumac Cider, A Few Bad Apples

Salad: Shaved Fennel Salad with Mandarin Orange, Toasted Walnuts, and Dried Cranberries
