This workshop sponsored by the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association and presented to you by Hollow Oak Land Trust and Moon Township will cover many aspects of planning your next greenway and will have a hands on demonstration component to help you understand how to build your next trail once the planning of the trail is complete. The workshop will provide techniques to follow about advocating different groups and individuals in your commuity to support the development of trails, techniques to utilize when planning your next trail system in your greenspaces, and how to connect greenspaces through the development of a trail system. There will also be a presentation from the Community and Engagement DIrector of Moon Township about the benefits of trails and how Moon making investments in their trail system has improved their community now and in the future. The trail building workshop will take place on September 11th from 9am-12pm for interested individuals at Robin Hill Park to show the techniques of building sustainable woodland trails.
