Cape Cod Lighthouses & Seashore

Cape Cod after Labor Day is a wonderful time of year for touring and photography. The weather is warm, the crowds are gone and the photo opportunities abound!

We’ll tour the island and surrounding region to find the best spots to capture both the seashore and the wonderful diversity of Lighthouses in the area including Nobska Point, Chatham, Nauset and Highland Lights.

We'll be using the Hyannis Travel Inn as our base since its central location on the island gives us the shortest distances to all the sights. 

We’ll start at Scitiuate light in nearby Scituate, MA and then head out to the Cape.  On Friday we’ll take the high-speed ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket (tickets currently $38.50 round trip) and take a tour to include Sankaty and Great Point Lighthouses as well the Brant Point Light by the harbor. We will choose our locations each day based on the weather and cloudscapes as we chase the best light possible.

This trip is great for both photographers and non-shooters - everyone will enjoy the scenery, touring, shopping and wonderful food that Cape Cod has to offer!  We have a special offer for couples.

Tuition is just $595 or $795 for couples with four full days of touring including photo and compositional instruction.
