Facilitation is about process – how you do something, rather than the content (what you do). A facilitator is a process guide, someone who makes the process easier. Facilitation is about movement – moving something from A to B. The facilitator guides the group towards a destination.

This dynamic workshop is designed to provide participants with facilitation skill sets to dramatically improve meeting results.  Participants will: learn key leverage points for effective meetings; know the right interventions to use; make a greater difference as a meeting participant; improve your own meetings right away; depart with an aligned approach for improving their organization’s meetings.

Registration Information

• Seating is limiteD and registration is on a "first come, first serve" basis.  We strongly encourage participants to call ahead to confirm that there is still space available in the program. 
• Payment and registration must be received one week before the scheduled program start date.
• Cancellations also must be received one week before the program start date to receive a full refund.
• There are no refunds for “no-shows.”
• A reminder notice with directions will be emailed approximately one week before the session.  If you do not receive this email, your registration has not been received.
