Creating a Learning Culture/Organization
Learning is a process and a value. A learning organization is committed to continual improvement (its products, services, people, etc.). Goals are often to have employees feel a connection to their work, customers to be better served and the organization continue to create a future for itself.
In the learning organization, motivation is recognized as being inherent in each person. With a shared vision and commitment to that vision, people will motivate themselves to learn (by proactively setting their own agenda to learn).
Let’s talk about what it really takes to get to this level. Come, share your experiences and trappings.
