Improving Supervision Through the Use of Experiential Techniques

This workshop will illustrate an experiential model of individual and group counselor supervision. Participants will be able to use experiential tools, such as role play to deepen supervisee empathy and insight. Additionally, participants will learn creative tools with which to assess supervisee progress and assist with professional growth plans.
