Exhibitor Registration Notes:

This is the registration site for EXHIBITORS.  Once you have read all the registration details, rules & Regulations, you may click the Register Now button and register your exhibitor booth(s) & Booth Staff for the 2019 Suppliers' Night Tabletop Exhibition.

-For each booth you register, you may register up to 3 names plus your own for a total of 4 booth staff per booth.  Only booth staff will receive name badges so ensure you have each individual's full name, email address, company and title  prior to starting the registration process!

 -If you would like your company listed in the show directory, please click the item ($84.75 during the registration process) and enter your description in the space provide.  Once you are happy with your description (remember to check spelling), continue through the registration process  The charge for this item will be included in your overall registration rate which you may chose to pay via cheque (system default) or credit card (instructions provided).

Event Particulars:

LOCATION: The International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd, Hall 5, Mississauga, ON

EXHIBITOR SET UP TIME: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM There will be NO admittance before noon!  No EXHIBITOR may enter the venue through the main doors at the front of Hall 5 during set-up time. 
All exhibitors must use LOADING DOCK #70-71 for access to show floor and set up.  There is parking directly in front of the loading docks.

EXHIBIT TIME:  2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
NUMBER OF EXPECTED EXHIBITS: 200+
EXPECTED ATTENDANCE: 1500+ people throughout the afternoon and evening
SUPPLIED TO EXHIBITORS: One 6’ x 10’ space with a 96” x 30” table, white vinyl top, fully skirted, one chair

RULES FOR SET-UP: Exhibitors may use the tabletops to display literature, samples, etc. There will be NO access to kitchen facilities for food preparation. To avoid obstructing other exhibitors, nothing may extend beyond the table length, as spacing between tables is limited. Nothing may extend higher than 1.5 meters above the table. Nothing may be affixed to the walls. There will be space for standing behind or in front of the tables to talk to people. A freestanding sign such as an easel may be set up behind the table.  SIMPLICITY IS ENCOURAGED!

OTHER PROVISIONS:  Complimentary coat check and free parking provided. Complimentary snacks, beverages and a cash bar will be available throughout the event. Electricity is available through an independent contractor (Showtech). Please note that there is no access to electricity available unless the exhibitor makes arrangements. Please go to www.cifstontario.ca for more information. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contract with Showtech for electricity.
 
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: • Suppliers’ Night revenue is donated to Ontario Section’s Scholarship Program. • TABLE NUMBERS & LOCATIONS ARE DETERMINED ON A ON FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS AND WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  • Every effort is made to separate competitors •If serving food samples, it is advised to bring disposable containers. 

CIFST ONTARIO SECTION
EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS-Suppliers’ Night Tabletop Exhibition - 2019
CIFST Ontario Section requires all exhibitors to sign an agreement pertaining to the rules and regulations for exhibits.  Exhibitors are required to abide by the following list of regulations. CIFST Ontario Section asks that EXHIBITORS REVIEW THESE REGULATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE BY CLICKING THE REGISTER NOW BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

1) The International Centre (“TICC”) prior to the commencement of the event will NOT accept displays. TICC has no available space for the storage of exhibits, displays, packing cases, or shipping crates.

2) Displays must be brought into TICC at LOADING DOCK #70-71.  TICC does not provide any service for loading, unloading, moving or storing displays. Any form of transportation equipment for exhibits (i.e. dollies, flat carts) must have rubber wheels. All exhibits must be in place by 2:00 PM the day of the event.

3) Displays must not be set up on any coverings, which are not fireproof.  If providing your own table coverings, skirting, etc. they must be fireproof.

4) No combustible, flammable, explosive or corrosive liquids or materials are allowed in the function area, with the exception of “stenos” for heating chafing dishes.  Electricity is available through an independent contractor at an extra cost. (Showtech)
 
5) No displays and/or exhibits may be attached to the drapes, lighting, chandeliers, walls or wall decorations, or hung from the ceiling.   The exhibitor, in erecting its display, will not drive any thumbtacks, nails, spikes or staples into any surfaces, nor shall any adhesives on any surface in the function area be used.  Masking tape only will be used to affix and apply said displays.

6) All displays must be maintained in a safe manner so as not to create any danger to any other exhibitor or participant at the display.  Each exhibitor space will have one 96” x 30” table, white vinyl top, fully skirted, one chair. Exhibitors may use the tabletops to display literature, samples, etc. There will be NO access to kitchen facilities for food preparation. To avoid obstructing other exhibitors, nothing may extend beyond the table length, as spacing between tables is limited. Nothing may extend higher than 1.5 meters above the table. 7) Exhibitors are not allowed to charge any expenses to the function area for any services provided by TICC.  Any charges incurred by the exhibitor must be paid in cash or by valid credit card at the time that the charge is incurred.
 
8) A charge will be assessed against exhibitors for any damage to the premises resulting from negligence, carelessness, or lack of adherence to the above outlined regulations.

9) Liability – Exhibitor expressly assumes all risk associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with the exhibitor’s participation or presence at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm or injury to the person (including death), property, business or profits of exhibitor, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise.  Exhibitor has sole responsibility for its property of any theft, damage, or other loss to such property, including any subrogation claims by its insurer. Neither the Management nor the exhibit facility nor the exhibit service contractors, nor any of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees or representative shall be liable for, and exhibitor hereby releases all of them from, and convents not to sue any of them with respect to, any and all risks, damages and liabilities described in this paragraph and will hold harmless and indemnify Management from such risks, damages and liabilities.

10) Insurance – Exhibitor is required, at their sole cost and expense to procure and maintain comprehensive liability insurance against claims for bodily injury or death and property loss, theft or damage occurring prior to, during and after the exposition.

11) The Exhibitor is not permitted to transfer, assign, or sublet the whole, or any part, of its assigned space unless specifically approved by show Management.
 
12) Cancellation policy - Requests for space cancellation must be in writing and emailed to: events@cifstontario.ca.  Cancellations received up to and including end-of-day September 13th, 2019, will be honoured and a full refund will be returned to the exhibitor. Exhibitor cancellations following the 14th of September preceding the event will forfeit their entire payment.

13) No Exhibitor space is guaranteed or reserved until full payment.  Exhibitors with declined credit cards or NSF cheques will be charged a $50 administrative charge.
