ALL positions require flexible hours, including the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. All positions require standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of merchandise.

Sales Associates / Cashiers
Baby Depot Specialists

• Provide a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Must have at least six months of retail sales and customer service experience in a high-volume environment, including cash handling, card transactions and returns processing.

Merchandise Team Associates
Markdown Team Associates
Receiving Associates

• Responsible for stock movement and replenishment, ensuring merchandise is properly priced, ensuring markdowns are processed according to company standards, and tracking inventory in accordance with company policies.
• Must have at least six months of relevant stock experience in a high-volume retail environment. Must be able to lift and move merchandise and shipping packages on a frequent basis throughout the shift.

Loss Prevention Associates
Security Associates

• Create a professional and demonstrative visible security presentation to customers and associates.
• Must have at least six months of relevant security experience, with a strong preference for loss prevention experience in a high-volume retail environment.

Assistant Store Managers
Operations Managers
Merchandise Managers
Receiving Managers
Customer Service Supervisors

• Drive sales and customer service results, ensure proper merchandising standards, control expenses and payroll budgets, manage the associate experience, and handle personnel issues.
• Must have at least two years of retail supervisory experience in a high-volume large store setting.
