Purifying the Body, Speech and Mind with Younge Khachab Rinpoche

Rinpoche will be teaching the basis for understanding the Vajrayana path and giving an introduction into the practice of Tsa Lung, or the yogic practice of working with the channels and winds. Rinpoche will teach various methods for purifying our own body, speech and mind to actualize our innate buddhanature in this very lifetime.
