Why: When kids are well nourished, they can focus on learning and development, which creates a world of possibility. Kids Pack provides a backpack of food to more than 1,800 homeless and very low income children each weekend

Children who participate in Kids Pack not only have improved access to nutritious food, but they also have consistently shown improvement in their performance at school, including better grades, behavior, participation, and attendance.

Over 49,782 Kids Pack backpacks of food were delivered to 2,010 local children each weekend in the past year ensuring they arrive to school Monday morning ready to learn.
