Hamilton County Judicial-Forensic Conference 

This conference will focus on Ohio’s Forensic Mental Health System and the use of Summit Behavioral Healthcare, the local state hospital for individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Presentations will be provided on Ohio’s Forensic Mental Health System Legal Status, Senate Bill 2, Competency Restoration, and Outpatient Restoration.
