Firearms Instructor Release Waiver Request 

Request a firearms instructional agreement and release of responsibility waiver to be used in your firearm instruction. This waiver was created by Attorney Ken Hanson and is to be used in Ohio firarm instructional classes/training. Attorney Ken Hanson is also an NRA Certified and used this waiver in his classes.

Ken is also the author to the Ohio Guide to Firearm Laws which is now in it's 5th Edition. 

Please be sure to have your company already estabilished before requesting. Any changes to the waiver will result in additional fees.
