Please Note: Any attendees who elect not to stay at The Westin during the convention will be subject to our Offsite Fee (see Offsite Policy below).
Our host hotel (The Westin Harbour Castle) has levied a surcharge for all attendees not staying in the hotel to align with our meeting room requirements. We will be passing on a fee of $410 CDN (the equivalent of two nights stay) to any attendee that chooses not to stay at The Westin Harbour Castle. Please note this fee will not apply to consultants living in the Toronto area who will be travelling locally to the convention each day.
Please note if you or an additional attendee are not a contributing member to WSI's Education Fund you will be subject an additional $799 fee to attend the Global Convention.
All cancellations must be sent via email to the WSI Convention Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds less a $50 administration fee will be made on cancellations received on or before September 25th, 2016. Cancellations after this date (including not showing up for the convention days you have registered for) will not be eligible for refunds or credit and will be subject to an additional $499 cancellation fee. You may transfer your registration to another member of your franchise or team that you may want to attend this event in your place if this request is sent to the Convention Team on or before September 25th 2016. The management of the Global Convention reserve the right to make necessary changes to the agenda. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or cancellation of a presentation topic or speaker.
The sponsors of our Global Convention will receive an email list of all attendees. This allows them to send out special promotions to those attending the convention. Please make sure you opt-in to this email list so you can benefit from all of the promos and offers from our Sponsors. If you do not opt-in to the email list you will not receive these additional details before and after the event.
