Sponsorships for Czech Missions Golf Tournament

We invite individuals, companies, organizations, Sunday School classes and other groups to sponsor our tournament with donations at the following levels:

• Event Sponsor - $500 - Includes team entry fee, name on the program cover, announcement of sponsor at the start of the golf tournament, special recognition on tournament day, and signs on course and at lunch tent.
  
• Team Sponsor - $350 - Includes team entry fee, special recognition in program, and sign on course.
  
• Program Sponsor - $275.00 - Includes team entry fee, sign on course, and program recognition.
  
• Hole Sponsor - $100 - Includes sign on course and program recognition.
  
• Cart Sponsor - $50 - Includes sign on cart
  
• Sponsor - $25
