Project LifeSaver Info Session - Bethlehem

Project Lifesaver is a search and rescue program strategically designed for “at risk” individuals who are prone to the life-threatening behavior of wandering. Join us to learn about our mission—to provide timely responses to save lives and reduce potential injury for adults and children with the propensity to wander due to a cognitive condition.

Monday, February 13, 2023
5 - 6 p.m.
Bethlehem YWCA

In-person care will be available during the session on the first come first served basis for your loved one. Register today and select the caregiving requested box.

All eligible families who attend will be fitted with bracelets that same day.

If clients wish to register with us at the event they need to provide:
  •  proof of their loved ones diagnosed condition (this can be a letter from the doctor or any form of medical documentation with their information and the diagnosis)
  • a photo of their loved one (needs to be submitted to the police department for search and rescue in addition to the paperwork)

Additionally, we only register clients that live in our jurisdictions:

Bethlehem City, Bethlehem Twp, Bushkill Twp, Lower Saucon Twp, North Catasauqua, Hellertown, Forks Twp, Wilson, Moore Twp, Lehigh Twp, Palmer or Slate Belt Regional

All others are welcome to attend to learn about the program. If they are eligible and live in a project lifesaver trained area outside our jurisdiction, we can certainly connect them with the right resources.
