CHURCH DELEGATE REGISTRATION-- Please Read

 Moderator or Clerk: 

• Complete all your information and information for each delegate.  Delegates need to be registered no later than July 31 to be able to receive materials prior to the Delegate Briefing on September 1.
  
  
• Information needed for each Delegate:
  - Name
  - Email:  needed to participate
  - Address:  needed to mail printed copy of conference book, if requested.
  - All delegates will receive an emailed copy of the Conference Book unless otherwise requested.
  
  ALL DELEGATES NEED EMAIL ACCESS AND THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN AN ONLINE WEBINAR.  If your delegate is unable to do this, please contact the District Office.

If needed, replacing Delegates can be done until September 30 by calling the District office (717.367.4730) or by email to kbernstein@ane-cob.org.

DELEGATE BRIEFING is scheduled for September 1.  It will also be online and will cover Conference topics as well as directions on how to participate as a delegate during the webinar.  An email invitation to all delegates will be sent directly to them to participate.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:  Please complete your information and select the Non-Delegate option.  If you are registering as a delegate for your church, please contact your church to verify that you are to register separately before completing this registration process.

Delegate & Non Delegate Fees:  $17.50 until September 15, After September 15 until September 30:  $25
All attendees must be paid in full by October 1.

Registration Closes September 30 for all participants.
