2023 Annual Conference Bus Trip

July 4-8, 2023

Elizabethtown, PA to Cincinnati, OH

The bus will depart from the Atlantic Northeast District Office parking lot (500 E Cedar Street in Elizabethtown) at 7am on Tuesday, July 4.  There will be one stop made for lunch.  The bus will drop off at the Annual Conference hotels (Hyatt Regency, Hilton Netherland Plaza, and The Westin Cincinnati) in Cincinnati, OH.

The bus will return to Elizabethtown on Saturday, July 8, following the close of Annual Conference.  A stop will be made for dinner.

$200 per person, includes round trip bus fare and gratuities.  Meals are not included.

*An additional pickup will be made at the Fort Littleton Interchange off the Turnpike.

Registration closes May 31.  

*Please register for the bus trip after registering for Annual Conference and securing a hotel room.  Bus seats will be reserved upon confirmation of Annual Conference registration, hotel room reservation, and full payment.
