• Your Personal Profile.  Explore what makes you tick and what ticks you off!  Learn about your motivators, fears, and strengths. And how this plays into ministry. Uses the highly acclaimed  DiSC^® behavioral self-assessment. 
• The Group Culture of Your Congregation.  Did you know each congregation has its own DiSC^®  profile?
• The Children’s Message.  Discover the hidden power of your message to affirm some kids and exclude others.
• The Sermon.  What your preaching says about God, Jesus, Spirit, Church, and Discipleship. And what it leaves out. 
• The Worship Service.  Uncover potent unspoken messages you are communicating to your congregation that hurt your message.  Learn simple but powerful ways to affirm them.

How does the DiSC and Discipleship Group Coaching Program work?

• The group meets monthly from September--May
• Each 2-hour group session takes place by video conference. 
• You'll need an internet connection, a webcam, and a phone connection.
• You'll participate in a Mentoring call for personalized support between group sessons.
• You'll pair up with a Buddy for additional support and accountability. 
• The DiSC and Discipleship e-Workbook guides you through written exercises and reflections.
• Group sessions are recorded for your review.
