Dear GACSB Members and Sponsors/Vendors:
You are cordially invited to the 16th Annual Educational Exchange of the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards, Inc (GACSB) scheduled for October 20-22, 2013 at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, Georgia. The Educational Exchange brings a common perspective to professionals and advocates providing Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases services in Georgia. Applications have been made for CEU credits with GPA, NASW, LPCA, GNA, GACA, and GAMFT. CMEs have also been requested for physician level participants.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Leading the Way.” Our goal is to provide speakers who will open new vistas of thought and planning for executives and top staff at each of the Georgia Community Service Boards (CSB). Members can click on the REGISTRATION TAB at the top to submit your on-line registration.

Additional Vendor Details
• As a registrant, you are welcome to join any session, meal, break, (attached agenda) and sign-up for CEUs/CMEs.
• Sunday Registration will begin at 10AM in the Convention Center Rotunda Booth & Office
.• Vendor Booth set-up is available on Sunday beginning at 10AM in the Convention Center Rotunda and East Concourse; the set-up area will close at 5:30pm for everyone to migrate towards the appreciation reception
• Your first interaction with the CSB participants will not likely be until the President’s Vendor Reception. Please note the Sunday President’s Vendor Reception on the Westin River Lawn at 5:30PM will have a CASH BAR.
• Separate access is available for those bringing equipment vs. shipping; staff of the Westin and the Convention Center will be happy to direct you once on-site.
• Monday & Tuesday Registration will begin at 7AM in the Convention Center Rotunda Booth & Office

We are pleased to have been able to secure discounts on Golf Green Fees. Guests are welcome to reserve tee times at the Resort’s owned and operated course; please be sure to mention you are with the “GACSB” meeting in order to access our 10% discount.
• Throughout the Exchange, drawings are made for attendees to receive door prizes. We welcome your company to bring any promotional prizes you wish to donate to the raffle!
• If you are flying in from the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport (SAV) we have been given the following tip. There is a “K Shuttle” service that will provide round trip services for $30; while taxis can cost approximate $35-$40 one way.
• Vendor Booth break-down will be by 2PM on Tuesday.
• Following the event, a complete attendee listing will be distributed via email.
