PILATES CLASS
taken by Linda Hardwick
Room: Marlborough Room
Pilates helps to improve posture, develop strength and increase flexibility. Adopting a better posture can also boost confidence, improve your mood and help you to look slimmer.
This general level class will help you to understand the principles of the Pilates method and how to incorporate it into your daily life, whether you are simply looking to start the day with a more gentle stretch and movement class, or whether you are looking for something more challenging. Different levels of exercise will be given so you can select the best level to suit your body and mood.
Linda is a 'Pilates Foundation' trained teacher with over 8 years' experience of teaching pilates. She originally qualified as a registered general nurse and this training has given her an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, which has been invaluable to her Pilates teaching.
